Synopsis
In the cutting-edge LaRousse City, even sightseeing comes with the promise of a great Pokémon battle. Satoshi makes a beeline for the famous Battle Tower, only to find his would-be partner is Tooi, a timid boy whose past has left him terrified of Pokémon—Pikachu included.
The visit takes a darker turn when Deoxys appears and seizes control of the city, shutting down its systems and holding people captive. As Rayquaza moves to drive the intruder from its territory, Satoshi, Tooi, and their friends are pulled into the conflict, fighting to break free and protect LaRousse from the chaos.
