Vandread: The Second Stage

After Hibiki and the Nirvana crew bring down a massive Earth battleship, they spot five more vessels moving to target Mejeiru and Tarahk. With their home worlds now facing the looming threat of “Karitori” (reaping), the crew pushes their return journey into high gear, determined to warn everyone before it’s too late.

Along the way, a traveler named Misty arrives with new intelligence—and the situation on Earth is far grimmer than they expected. As the enemy’s assaults grow increasingly fierce, Vandread is forced into its final system, and what once felt like a hard-won victory becomes the prelude to a much bigger conflict. With their worlds on the line, Hibiki and the others race to stop the coming disaster, even as the bond between Hibiki and Dita is tested by what lies ahead.
