In a vibrant clash of corporate rivalry, two powerful car manufacturers take their competition to the racetrack, each backing their own team of drivers. Chairman Gapporin recruits the seasoned racer Okkanabichi, while Chairman Misaki places his bets on the less experienced but enthusiastic Riki Kazama, who pilots the innovative flying car known as Machine Hiryu.
