Ten years after the devastating great war, the kingdom of Wellber teeters on the brink of conflict once more, threatened by its neighbor, Sangatras. In a bid to secure peace, King Haidel arranges for his daughter, Princess Rita, to marry Prince Guernia of Sangatras. However, in a shocking act of defiance, Rita stabs her betrothed and flees, igniting the fury of King Ranbahnhof, who demands her capture and execution within two weeks or risk war.

In the midst of this turmoil, a cunning thief named Tina infiltrates the castle in search of riches, only to witness Rita's desperate act.
