Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages

A hundred years earlier, the immense power of Hoopa—said to be strong enough to take on Legendary Pokémon alone—was sealed away in a bottle by a solitary traveler. Hidden deep within a desert cave, the vessel was meant to keep that darkness from ever resurfacing.

In the present day, a young man discovers the bottle and breaks the curse binding it, unleashing a shadowy form born from Hoopa’s confined power. Refusing to be imprisoned again, the entity shatters its seal and turns violent, even striking at the original Hoopa. As both sides call in Legendary Pokémon to join the fight, Satoshi, an up-and-coming trainer from Kanto, and his companions are swept into the chaos and must find a way to halt a looming clash of legends.
