Yuusuke Yamamoto is grappling with an intense fear of women, a condition rooted in a childhood incident involving his mischievous twin neighbors. As the son of a gynecologist, he faces pressure from his father to confront this phobia in order to take over the family practice. To facilitate this, his father invites the spirited Nakamura sisters, Rika and Yuka, to live with them while they pursue their studies at a nearby college.

However, an unexpected dilemma arises when Yuusuke discovers that the guest accommodations are insufficient for both sisters. This predicament forces him to make a difficult decision about which sister can stay, igniting a competitive spark between the bold and outgoing Yuka and the more demure Rika.
