Tokyo Ghoul: Jack

Taishi Fura, once a baseball player and now a delinquent, stumbles onto a brutal attack by the man-eating ghoul known as Lantern—an encounter that leaves an old friend injured and another person dead. Before the violence can escalate further, Fura’s classmate Kishou Arima steps in, revealing himself as an undercover investigator for the Commission of Counter Ghoul (CCG) and driving Lantern into retreat.

Determined to get justice, Fura teams up with Arima to track ghouls through the 13th Ward, with Lantern as their ultimate target. Along the way, the story offers a glimpse into Arima’s high school years, hinting at the beginnings of the feared CCG “Reaper.”
