In a groundbreaking endeavor that began as a short CG experiment, the project attracted the interest of Morimoto, who joined forces with Michael Arias to push the boundaries of animation using Softimage 3D software. Within a few months, a dedicated team of just 12 artists, led by Visual Director Wilson Tang and Animation Supervisor Lee Fulton, crafted a captivating pilot that showcased their innovative vision.

The result was a stunning visual achievement that earned accolades, notably the Excellence Award at the 3rd Japan Media Arts Festival in the Digital Art Division. Merging action, adventure, and psychological elements, this pilot lays the groundwork for a unique exploration of urban life and the supernatural, inviting viewers into a richly imagined world.
