Kindaichi and his friends set out for a relaxing trip to a hot spring, only to find themselves lost and wandering into a decrepit hotel shrouded in mystery. The locals recount chilling tales of a vampire that once resided there, deepening the unsettling atmosphere. As the group settles in, they can't shake the feeling that they are not alone, especially with the dark history surrounding the venue.

The haunting legend resurfaces when they learn of a tragic incident from six years prior, involving a girl discovered in the cellar, her neck marked with bite wounds—an event that led to her untimely demise at the hands of the villagers. Tension escalates when one of the hotel guests is murdered, and Miyuki becomes the target of a menacing creature with fangs. As Kindaichi and his companions delve into the hotel's sinister past, they must unravel the truth before the malevolent presence claims more victims.
