In a world where relentless human activity has decimated the Arctic landscape, the last remaining polar bear finds a new home with a remarkable young agent named Jessica. Known for her skills within the Security Department, Jessica takes in the clumsy but enthusiastic bear, whom she affectionately names Backkom. As he dreams of becoming a full-fledged agent himself, Backkom's role is currently limited to janitorial duties, much to his frustration.

When a shadowy group of polar bears emerges, threatening global safety with a series of bomb placements and demanding retribution against humanity, the Global League must act swiftly. Their plans go awry as initial attempts to infiltrate the Polar Bear Organization fail due to advanced security measures. With no other option, they turn to Backkom, hoping to train him as an undercover agent. Concerned for her companion's safety, Jessica secretly follows him into the depths of the enemy's lair. Together, they navigate perilous challenges and uncover unsettling truths, while the Global League wrestles with the decision to abandon their mission.
