Amid this vibrant atmosphere, Akeno Misaki, the captain of the esteemed Harekaze class, grapples with mixed emotions when her instructor presents an opportunity for her executive officer, Mashiro Munetani, to take the helm of the Hiei class. As Mashiro faces a pivotal decision, both friends must navigate their personal challenges. Their resolve is soon put to the test when pirates seize a critical water purification facility, endangering the safety of their coastal waters.
