Seven Days War

Mamoru Suzuhara is a quiet high schooler who passes the time immersed in books about modern warfare. When he learns that Aya Chiyono—the girl he’s been carrying feelings for—is set to move away with her family in a week, he finally works up the nerve to ask her to run off with him. Mamoru, Aya, and four classmates slip away and take refuge in the abandoned Satomi Coal Factory, turning it into their makeshift camp.

What begins as a brief escape quickly grows more complicated after their first day, when they realize the factory may not be as empty as they thought. Based on the novel of the same name, *Seven Days War* follows their impulsive rebellion as it escalates into a serious confrontation with the adult world, while each of them grapples with honesty, fear, and what they’re determined to protect.
