I'm Joybo 2nd Season

In the second season, Jiang Xiaobai and Tong Li navigate the complexities of their evolving relationship as both lovers and collaborators. While they have embraced their feelings for each other, challenges loom large. Tong Li faces the harsh reality of her latest novel receiving negative feedback, and with Wen Zheng Magazine experiencing a downturn in sales, her work is at risk. At the same time, Jiang Xiaobai, reminiscing about his past passion for music, finds himself stepping in as a backup bassist for a local band striving for recognition.

As Tong Li grapples with writer's block and feelings of inadequacy, she becomes increasingly frustrated with Jiang Xiaobai's pursuit of his musical dreams. Tensions rise when a change in leadership at Editorial Office No. 2 leads to the cancellation of her novel, causing a rift between the couple. Amidst familial pressures and emotional distance, Tong Li discovers solace in a welfare center for autistic individuals, where a young non-verbal pianist inspires her. As she begins to volunteer there, the lines between her world and Jiang Xiaobai's begin to blur, revealing unexpected connections that may bridge the gap between them.
