ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Department - Regards

As the Kingdom of Dowa approaches the first anniversary of the ACCA organization, preparations for a grand festival are in full swing. Jean Otus, a dedicated inspector for ACCA, is tasked with traveling through the various districts to ensure everything is ready for the celebration. Despite the tranquility surrounding him, Jean finds it challenging to connect with his subordinate Parrot, who harbors deep concerns about a potential betrayal looming over Dowa.

Amidst his responsibilities, Jean struggles to find time for his younger sister, Lotta, who appears to be grappling with her own secret troubles. Their mutual friend, Niino, steps in, eager to help Lotta navigate her issues. While Jean remains convinced that the kingdom is not facing any immediate threats, he must address Parrot's growing unease and patiently await Lotta's willingness to confide in him, all while the clock ticks down to the festival.
