Synopsis
Arataka Reigen and the Spirits and Such Consultation Office—Mob, Ritsu, Serizawa, and Ekubo included—set off for Zebra Prefecture, lured by the promise of a soothing hot spring getaway. The trip is fully covered by the proprietor of Ibogami Hot Springs, who hires Reigen to look into unsettling reports of supernatural disturbances nearby.
But the vacation takes a sharp turn on the train ride to the inn. Reigen and Serizawa doze off from sheer exhaustion, only to wake up somewhere far stranger than they expected: a shadowy parallel world. With no clear idea how they arrived, the pair scramble to find a way back before their hard-earned break slips away.
