The Asylum Session

Set in a distant future where civilization has significantly deteriorated, Hiyoko, a passionate high school student, dreams of pursuing her artistic ambitions at a prestigious university. After a confrontation with her father over her late mother's cherished drawings, she decides to flee her home, seeking refuge in an abandoned stadium that has become a makeshift community for street children. There, she encounters Akira, the charismatic leader of this unconventional group, who helps her navigate the challenges of her new life.

As the authorities threaten to demolish the stadium in an effort to gentrify the area, the residents band together to organize a vibrant street-art event titled "The Asylum Session." Taking on the responsibility of creating a massive mural that symbolizes their struggle and resilience, Hiyoko finds not only her artistic voice but also a sense of belonging amidst the chaos. Together, they aim to stand against the impending changes and celebrate their unique community through art.
