Dan Bashin, a passionate teenager renowned for his bold approach to the card game Battle Spirits, has earned the title of "Clash King." His life takes an unexpected turn when he is whisked away by a mysterious green-haired girl to the fantastical realm of Grand Rolo, where conflicts are resolved through intense card duels.

In this new land, Dan finds himself at the heart of a struggle between the oppressive imperial army and the beleaguered residents fighting for their freedom. As he discovers his destiny as a "bearer of cores' light," a prophesied champion destined to confront the malevolent ruler, he sets out on a journey alongside a spirited boy named Zungurii and the quirky witch Magisa.
