Initial D Extra Stage

The Emperor, a feared Gunma racing squad made up of Mitsubishi Lancer EVO drivers, has been steamrolling every team in their path. Their next target is Mount Usui and Impact Blue—the celebrated duo of Mako Satou and her navigator, Sayuki, who still hold the Usui Pass record. With Mako behind the wheel of her blue Nissan SilEighty, the pair prepares to defend their reputation, but Mako’s personal troubles start to break her focus, forcing Sayuki to step in before the showdown.

In Act 2, Sayuki decides Mako might be happier with a boyfriend and arranges a date with Miyahara of the Myogi NightKids. What begins on a promising note soon stirs up old wounds from Mako’s past, leaving her questioning whether she should walk away from street racing altogether—and whether her future lies in romance or in chasing her ambition of becoming a professional racer.
