In the year 2047, Earth faces a catastrophic invasion as a mysterious alien species obliterates major cities in an instant. In the aftermath, the remnants of humanity come together to develop a weapon known as the Diffusor, designed to combat the extraterrestrial threat, later identified by the military as the FOS. This fragile peace holds for several years, allowing survivors to regroup and strategize.

Fast forward to 2053, where the time has come for a decisive strike in a mission dubbed Plan Zed. Hiroshi Akishima, a dedicated soldier in the Planetary Defense Forces Alliance, is driven by the desire for vengeance against the aliens who claimed his father's life. However, the new offensive hinges on the risky decision to deactivate the Diffusor, leaving the Earth exposed once more. As the stakes rise, humanity must confront its ultimate challenge: reclaiming their world or facing total annihilation in a final, desperate gamble.
