Long ago, the Spirit World waged war against the Netherworld, ending in the Netherworld’s destruction and the exile of its ruler, Lord Yakumo, to the far reaches of space. That ancient conflict resurfaces when Yakumo’s followers return, threatening to undo the balance between realms.

Five champions from the Spirit World are forced into an uneasy alliance as they race to secure five sacred locations targeted by Yakumo’s Demon-Gods. With the Power Sphere—the wellspring of Netherworld energy—nearly within Yakumo’s grasp, the stakes are nothing less than the fate of the human world, which could be remade into a new Netherworld if he succeeds.
