Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest

Biotechnology researcher Dr. Kochin collects the Dragon Balls to release his mentor, Dr. Uirou—an unhinged scientist sealed within the eternally frozen ice of the Tsurumai-Tsuburi Mountains. Drawn to the same location while searching for the Dragon Balls, Gohan and Oolong are attacked by strange “Bio-Men,” and Piccolo’s attempt to intervene leads to a clash with three enigmatic fighters. The confrontation ends abruptly when the ice gives way, leaving Gohan and Oolong buried beneath the snow and debris.

After they make it back to Kame House, more Bio-Men arrive with an order for Master Roshi to come with them. Roshi refuses and easily defeats the intruders, catching Kochin’s attention—especially since Kochin believes Roshi is the strongest man in the world. With Bulma taken hostage, Roshi is forced to go along, setting the stage for Kochin’s plans tied to the revived Dr. Uirou.
