Synopsis
In the aftermath of the Level Upper incident, Misaka Mikoto finds herself unsettled by a new and unsettling occurrence known as “Someone’s Watching.” The sensation is hard to ignore—like the electricity in her body suddenly running in reverse—leaving her on edge as the feeling grows more persistent.
With her friends at her side, Misaka sets out to track down the source of the phenomenon. As the pressure mounts, she’s forced to confront an unseen opponent and uncover what’s really behind the watchful presence.
