High School of the Dead: Drifters of the Dead

After fleeing the zombie-ravaged mainland, Takashi Komuro and his companions wash up on a secluded island near Tokonosu City. While searching the shoreline for supplies, they come across a modest seaside shack that offers spare clothes and a rare chance to rest. With food gathered for the day, the group settles in to cook and unwind by a campfire.

The quiet doesn’t last. A thin mist creeps in, leaving everyone dizzy and nauseated, and they quickly trace the cause to nearby hydrangeas—poisonous plants known to induce hallucinations. Fighting the overwhelming scent, they scramble to get clear before the haze takes a stronger hold.
