Diana extends an invitation to Kogorou and Ran for a visit to London, but Conan faces a dilemma: he cannot join them under his assumed identity. To solve this, Ai provides him with a temporary antidote, allowing him to travel as Kudou Shin'ichi. Accompanied by Professor Agasa, they embark on a flight to the bustling city, ready for adventure.

Meanwhile, in Japan, Ai has settled into a new living arrangement with Ayumi. However, their peace is disrupted by the presence of a mysterious man in black, Kurokawa Youji, who has been tracking Ai's movements. As tension builds, Mitsuhiko stumbles upon a magazine featuring Grace Aihara, a foreign actress strikingly similar to Ai. Concerned for her safety, Conan urgently warns Mitsuhiko to keep Ai away from the Professor’s residence, prompting Mitsuhiko and Genta to take matters into their own hands in a bid to protect her.
