Synopsis
Konohagakure stages a special tournament that pits ninja of every rank against one another, igniting the rookies’ determination to measure themselves against their seniors. With more than pride on the line, the champion also earns the rare privilege of drafting a village decree.
Naruto Uzumaki throws himself into the event with his usual drive to win, but his attention drifts from the tournament’s true aim when he becomes fixated on a different goal: facing his own teacher, Kakashi Hatake, in a one-on-one showdown.
