After Cure Muse's triumphant mission to heal her father's heart, Ako and Mephisto prepare to return home, only to be met with a chilling silence that envelops the city. As they attempt to reach out to Major Land, their efforts yield no response, leaving them anxious and concerned about the fate of their beloved world.

Determined to uncover the mystery behind the sudden loss of music, Hibiki and her friends venture into Major Land, only to find it transformed into a desolate place, where the citizens remain eerily still, playing their instruments without sound. The only familiar face is Suzu, who reveals that Aphrodite, once a beacon of harmony, has mysteriously altered and stolen the music from their lives. With doubts lingering, Ako and Mephisto set out for the palace in search of answers, while Hibiki, Kanade, and Ellen pursue Suzu, leading them into an encounter with unexpected foes intent on seizing the Healing Chest.
