Set after the Holy Road Soccer Tournament, Tenma Matsukaze spends time traveling across Japan to teach soccer to children. When he finally returns to Raimon Junior High, he’s stunned to find a school that feels completely unfamiliar: the soccer club has vanished, and even the former champions have no memory of the tournament, Tenma, or the sport they once loved.

Tenma’s confusion turns into danger when Alpha—leader of the Route Agents and captain of Protocol Omega—appears and claims responsibility for erasing Raimon’s passion for soccer and the team’s memories, with Tenma marked as the next target. A mysterious boy named Fei Rune steps in to rescue him, leaving Tenma to question who Fei really is and why Alpha is determined to wipe soccer out for good—setting the stage for a struggle that could decide the sport’s future.
