In the wake of their hard-fought victory against the Zonder Empire and the 31 Primevals, the Gutsy Galaxy Guard faces a formidable new adversary on Earth. With Guy Shishio leading the charge and the newly developed GaoFighGar at their disposal, GGG joins forces with their French allies, Chasseur, to confront the nefarious organization known as BioNet. Among Chasseur's ranks is Renais Cardiff Shishioh, a former cyborg with a deep-seated desire for vengeance against those who stripped her of her humanity.

As GGG and Chasseur engage in fierce battles against BioNet, they encounter a shocking turn of events when their global bases come under attack. The situation escalates as Mamoru Amami, who has been abducted and cloned by a more potent threat called the "Eleven Kings of Sol," steals vital Q-Parts and original Gao Machines. Cast out from Earth by the United Nations, GGG is compelled to embark on an intergalactic mission, racing against time to rescue Mamoru and thwart the plans of the Eleven Kings of Sol.
