Pokémon: The Legend of Thunder!

Kenta, an up-and-coming Pokémon trainer, reunites with his childhood friend Marina at a Pokémon Center to measure how far they’ve come. Before their match can finish, a sudden thunderstorm sets the stage for trouble: Team Rocket members Bashou and Buson appear, deploying the Crystal System—technology designed to lure Electric-type Pokémon.

With guidance from Shiranui-hakase, the pair aim to round up Pokémon and deliver them to Sakaki. After Kenta and Marina uncover the scheme, they try to put a stop to it, only for the situation to escalate when the legendary Raikou is captured.
