Love Like Aliens

In a near-future world where the distinction between humans and androids has nearly vanished, the survival of humanity hinges on advanced technology. As Earth becomes uninhabitable, humans venture into the cosmos, colonizing distant planets and galaxies. However, this robotic evolution has altered the essence of what it means to be human, erasing fundamental aspects of life such as love, family, and intimacy, reducing them to mere memories of a bygone era.

"Love Like Aliens" is a captivating six-minute 3D animated short that draws inspiration from Hajime Sorayama's iconic Gynoid illustrations. A collaboration between Studio 4°C, Shirogumi, and filmmaker Rashad Haughton, the film showcases stunning art direction by Tatsuyuki Tanaka. Employing innovative techniques, the CG animation blends live-action references with artistry, creating a visually striking narrative that invites viewers to explore the complex interplay of technology and human emotion.
