Kuki Kosaburo finds himself on the run in France, having distanced himself from a dangerous international terrorist organization. Embracing his new life under a false identity, he indulges in the pleasures of the Parisian nightlife, savoring freedom and excess. However, his carefree existence is abruptly interrupted when George Lasaar, a determined French government agent, apprehends him for his past misdeeds. Rather than facing imprisonment, Kuki is presented with an unexpected proposition: assist Lasaar in uncovering the covert activities of the American Central Intelligence Agency operating within France in exchange for his liberty.

As Kuki delves deeper into this web of intrigue, he becomes entangled in a bizarre conspiracy that centers around the blood of renowned pop icon Lamia Vindaw.
