At just 12 years old, Comet, the princess of Harmonica Star, finds herself on an unexpected quest when her anticipated meeting with the prince of Tambourine Star at a grand ball takes a surprising turn. With the prince missing, she embarks on a journey to Earth, guided by the starlight that marks him. Accompanying her is Rubba Ball, her playful puppy with a star-shaped tail, who adds a touch of whimsy to her adventures.

While Comet navigates Earth, she is not alone in her search; Princess Meteor from the Castanet Star country also descends to find the elusive prince. Comet's magical abilities, fueled by the stars of her homeland, are channeled through her baton and complemented by a special pendant that allows her to sense the prince's presence.
