Magical DoReMi

Harukaze Doremi is convinced she has the worst luck around: her parents are constantly at odds, her younger sister never misses a chance to tease her, and the boy she likes is interested in someone else. She daydreams about fixing everything with a bit of magic—until an encounter with an actual witch turns that wish into a very real problem.

After a blunder involving the witch Majorika, Doremi ends up as a witch apprentice herself, only to discover she’s not exactly gifted at spells. Alongside two friends who join her in training, she has to juggle everyday life with lessons in magic, stay focused long enough to improve, and work toward passing the witch exams. Succeeding is the only way to repay what she owes Majorika—and prove she’s more than a hopeless beginner.
