A year later at Ousai Private Academy, the student council hasn’t mellowed much. President Shino Amakusa’s lewd jokes are as relentless as ever, Secretary Aria Shichijou continues to ignore basic underwear conventions, Treasurer Suzu Hagimura remains pint-sized, and Vice President Takatoshi Tsuda is still left to play the lone voice of reason amid the nonstop chaos.

The circle widens beyond the usual four as familiar clubs keep getting pulled into the council’s antics and new faces join the fun. Tsuda’s younger sister Kotomi arrives at Ousai with a bold sense of humor that rivals Shino’s, while Uomi, the cool-headed student council president from neighboring Eiryou High School, proves surprisingly compatible with Ousai’s brand of madness. With gag comedy and constant innuendo piling up, Tsuda can only try to keep pace—and keep his composure.
