In a sprawling, futuristic Tokyo, an unsettling presence lurks in the shadows as a fierce battle unfolds between a trio of determined policewomen and a terrifying monster. When a taxi mishap leads her through a dark alley, she unexpectedly finds herself in the midst of chaos, witnessing the clash against a formidable foe that stirs memories she thought forgotten.

Upon meeting Rally Cheyenne, the enigmatic chief of the policewomen, Katsumi discovers that her arrival was anticipated, despite their unfamiliarity. As the team seeks her assistance in confronting the supernatural threat, Katsumi grapples with her skepticism toward the magical elements surrounding her. Torn between her rational beliefs and the reality of the situation, she must decide whether to embrace her newfound role in the fight against darkness.
