Nobunaga the Fool

Haunted by visions pointing to the prophesied “King of Salvation,” Jeanne Kaguya d’Arc escapes the West Star alongside the brilliant Leonardo da Vinci and makes for the East Star. There she meets Nobunaga Oda, the headstrong son of a feudal lord who, after a crushing loss to a rival clan, vows to conquer the world with his companions at his side.

Certain she has found the figure from her revelations, Jeanne throws her support behind the Oda clan. But across the stars, King Arthur of the West Star sets his sights on Nobunaga’s world, dispatching the merciless Gaius Julius Caesar and a mechanized army to claim the Holy Grail. As war closes in, Kaguya’s belief that Arthur is the “King of Destruction” clashes with Nobunaga’s reckless battlefield antics—even down to naming his own combat suit after his nickname—casting doubt on whether he can truly lead.

With aid from Himiko, Queen of Yamato, Nobunaga and his allies must rally together to face tragedy, survive betrayal, and fight for the chance to save their world.
