With peace finally restored, Honnouji Academy is preparing to close its doors within a month, its unusual role now fulfilled. One last milestone remains: the graduation ceremony. As the student council looks ahead to life beyond the academy, its members try to shed who they used to be and decide what comes next—while Satsuki Kiryuuin finds herself adrift, her resolve shaken after achieving the victory she fought for.

Moments before Satsuki can address the students, the ceremony is thrown into chaos by enigmatic figures who look exactly like the student council. Ryuuko Matoi and the Elite Four are drawn back into battle, only to realize the disturbance is part of a carefully arranged vendetta—an old foe has returned, intent on settling the score.
