Youko Asagiri has quietly nurtured feelings for a classmate for over a year, channeling her emotions into a heartfelt piano composition meant to accompany her confession. When the moment arrives, however, anxiety overwhelms her, and before she can muster the courage to speak, the ground unexpectedly opens up beneath her.

Suddenly, Youko finds herself in the enchanting land of Ashanti, where she encounters a talking dog named Lingam. He reveals that Ashanti is intricately linked to her own world, Noa, which had been severed long ago by the formidable warrior Leda to safeguard its inhabitants. Youko's unexpected arrival has inadvertently reopened the connection between the realms, attracting the attention of the malevolent forces of Zell, who seek to exploit this opportunity. Mistaking her cassette player for the legendary "Heart of Leda," crucial to their dark ambitions, they pursue Youko relentlessly.
