Sayuri Haruno earns a scholarship to Fleurir Confectionery Academy, a prestigious school devoted to shaping world-class pâtissiers. There, she studies under exceptionally skilled instructors: the prince-like Mitsuki Aoi, renowned for his chocolate work; the outgoing Gilbert Hanafusa, a confectionery specialist from France; and the reserved Yoshinosuke Suzumi, a master of traditional Japanese sweets.

Stepping into an environment of advanced pastry training, Sayuri finds herself surrounded by supportive teachers and intriguing classmates. As she pursues her goal of becoming a pâtissière, she’s especially drawn to the hardworking Ryou Kouzuki, whose determination mirrors her own—pushing her to refine her craft and meet every new challenge head-on.
