Set twenty-five years after the heroic exploits of Éclair and Lumière, the Galactic Trade Organization (GTO) emerges as a guardian of interstellar peace, following the fall of the Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs (GOTT). Tasked with tackling crime across the universe, the GTO establishes a special division inspired by the former GOTT's elite force, known as ES (Encounter of Shadow-work). This new ES team includes trainees who are now recognized publicly as potential members.

The narrative centers on two aspiring candidates, Ascoeur and Q-feuille, as they navigate the challenges and adventures of their training. With a blend of action and humor, their journey is filled with encounters that test their abilities and resolve, all while striving to earn their place within the prestigious ES ranks.
