In a far-future era where humanity has spread across countless worlds, the Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs (GOTT) serves as a stabilizing force amid interplanetary commerce and conflict. Hidden within its ranks is the ES Unit, a covert team of enhanced operatives assigned to handle crimes too dangerous—or too sensitive—for ordinary enforcement.

Among them are Éclair and Lumière, two C-ranked agents who may be underestimated but are anything but powerless. Éclair fights with extraordinary strength and a distinctive lipstick whip, while Lumière can seize control of virtually any computer system. As their assignments escalate, their successes begin to expose a much larger conspiracy, pushing both women to question their own identities and the true state of the galaxy.
