Kaiketsu Zorori Movie: ZZ no Himitsu

In a delightful celebration of the 30th anniversary of the beloved Kaiketsu Zorori children's book series, the adventure begins when Zorori invents an alarm clock with the hopes of waking up just in time for a bounty of free donuts. However, an unexpected moment of nostalgia strikes as he recalls memories of his mother, leading to a mysterious occurrence that causes the ZZ emblem on his costume to vanish—an emblem of deep personal significance, gifted by her, though its true meaning remains a mystery to him.

After a chaotic crash landing in the middle of the street, Zorori and his companions, Ishishi and Noshishi, are rescued by a fashion design student who turns out to be none other than Zororene, Zorori's mother. It soon becomes clear that the alarm clock was no ordinary device; it has transformed into a time machine, whisking them back to the past. With the help of Zororene and later Zorondo Ron, Zorori's father, the trio embarks on a thrilling quest to reclaim their time machine from both the police and a formidable kaijuu, all while uncovering the secrets of their family's past.
