Retsuko, a red panda, is that person, regularly staying late to pick up the slack left by others.

Her pressure valve is a local karaoke spot, where she pours every frustration into blistering death metal. What starts as a private refuge gradually nudges her beyond the image people have of her, and Retsuko begins to realize that sharing this side of herself with others might not be as daunting—or as bad—as it seems.
