Synopsis
The Daihasei Festival is underway, and Tokiwadai Middle School—an elite all-girls academy—joins the competition. Even with the “Ace of Tokiwadai,” Mikoto Misaka, on the roster, the other participating students push themselves to chase victory, no matter how daunting it seems beside her overwhelming power.
Beneath the excitement, the festival brings risk: Academy City opens its gates to outsiders, giving multiple factions a chance to slip in and make their moves. Misaka draws unwanted attention, and as the events continue, figures working in the shadows begin to surface.
*A Certain Scientific Railgun T* follows Misaka and her friends as they’re pulled further into Academy City’s hidden underbelly, where threats like terrorist incidents and merciless underground projects can emerge at any moment.
