Astra Lost in Space

In 2063, commercial space travel has become routine, and upbeat Aries Spring heads to a spaceport for a camp on the far-off planet McPa. When her purse is snatched, the quick-thinking athlete Kanata Hoshijima helps recover it—an encounter that proves timely, as both end up assigned to the same group of teens, team B-5, for the excursion.

Their trip unravels moments after landing when an eerie sphere of black light pulls the group into deep space. With no clear way back, the nine teenagers take refuge in a deserted spacecraft they find nearby, only to realize the truth: they’ve been flung thousands of light-years from home. Forced to ration supplies, keep their bodies and minds steady, and rely on one another, they set a course for Earth aboard their newfound ship, Astra—while the mystery of what derailed their journey lingers over every step of the return.
