Two years after Glory launched as a typical MMORPG, its reach has expanded beyond the screen as esports gains official recognition in more places. In China, plans move forward for the first professional Glory league, a new stage that will ultimately lead to the Glory Championship.

Friends Ye Qiu and Su Muqiu share the same ambition: to turn competitive play into a real career. Ye Qiu, held back by personal reasons, has been reluctant to step into the spotlight—until the pair finally commit to building a team of their own. Backed by Tao Xuan, owner of the Excellent Era internet cafe, they form Team Excellent Era and set out to challenge every rival on the road to the top of Glory.
