The Irregular at Magic High School: Visitor Arc

In the aftermath of “Scorched Halloween,” attention turns to a Strategic-class magician whose overwhelming power has shaken the world. Determined to learn who is behind it, the United States of the North American Continent (USNA) sends its top covert asset to Japan: the elite “Stars” unit and its commander, Angie Sirius.

At First High School, Tatsuya Shiba and his friends gather to see off Shizuku Kitayama as she departs for the USNA on an exchange program. Taking her place is the striking transfer student Angelina “Lina” Kudou Shields—arriving just as Tatsuya learns that the USNA is moving to expose his true identity. Meanwhile, Tokyo is unsettled by a string of corpses found mysteriously drained of blood, rumors quickly branding the culprit a vampire. As the incidents mount, Tatsuya can’t ignore how neatly their timing aligns with the foreign operation unfolding around him.
