Synopsis
Set during the events of *Darker than Black: Kuro no Keiyakusha*, “Beneath the Fully Bloomed Cherry Blossoms” serves as a comedic side story often labeled Episode 26.
The Syndicate sends Hei and his team on a new assignment: recover the prized belongings of a deceased Contractor, rumored to be buried beneath a cherry tree. At the same time, Misaki Kirihara and her unit prepare for a cherry blossom festival outing, setting the stage for intersecting agendas under the spring blooms.
