Uruno, a self-proclaimed inept wolf, embarks on a journey to find a new home, only to stumble upon a peculiar forest inhabited by an array of eccentric animals who defy their species' reputations. Among them is Usahara, a grumpy rabbit with a penchant for smoking, with whom Uruno quickly finds himself at odds. However, everything changes when he encounters Chiiko, an endearing clumsy cheetah girl who captures his heart instantly. Determined to win her affection, Uruno decides to settle in the forest, despite the challenges of living among his equally unconventional neighbors.

As Uruno navigates life in this whimsical woodland, he grapples with his own self-doubt and the antics of his new companions, including a sake-loving unicorn, a myopic eagle, a landlocked orca, and a bashful pegasus. Each character adds a unique layer of absurdity to Uruno's quest for love and acceptance, leading to moments of both hilarity and heartfelt connection.
