The Journey

In the heart of the Arabian Peninsula, General Abraha marches his formidable army toward Mecca, demanding its submission and threatening to annihilate its sacred Kaaba. As fear grips the city, a handful of determined Meccans refuse to cower, choosing instead to stand and defend their home. Among them is Aws Ibn Jubair, a once wayward potter who has turned his back on sin to embrace a life of honor and faith.

As the shadowy figures of the enemy loom closer, the resilient defenders rally together to bolster their spirits. The atmosphere shifts dramatically with the unexpected arrival of Zurara, a mercenary from Aws’ past who has long since abandoned the righteous path. Initially drawn by the promise of food and coin, Zurara finds himself captivated by Aws' newfound conviction, prompting a change of heart. As they prepare for the fierce battle ahead, these former allies must confront their shared history and unite in their fight to protect their sacred land and beliefs.
